Every paid plan is a subscription to the monitoring service: your sites are checked at the interval your plan allows, alerts are delivered to the channels you connect, and your history and status pages stay available for the retention period listed above. There is nothing to download and no setup fee.

On the day you subscribe, and then on the same date each month or year until you cancel. You get an emailed receipt every time.
Paddle acts as our merchant of record. They handle the payment, the invoice and any tax, and their name appears on your bank statement. Your card details never reach our servers.
From Billing in your account, in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is deleted.
Yes. Within 14 days of a payment we refund it in full, no reason needed. Annual plans are refunded pro rata after that. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
Your monitoring keeps running for 7 days while the payment is retried, and we email you. If it still fails, the account moves to the free plan - monitors above the limit are paused, never deleted.
Yes, indefinitely, with no card required. Commercial use is allowed, including monitoring sites for your own clients.
Every payment produces a proper invoice from Paddle, including your company name and VAT number if you enter them at checkout.
